    About the Role

    Working autonomously but with the support of a small team, this role focuses on coordinating the movement of grain and bulk commodities across road, rail and storage networks. You will also act as a frontline representative, building strong relationships with carriers, growers, feedlots and other key partners across the supply chain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinating the end-to-end logistics of grain and bulk commodity movements

    • Liaising with growers, freight providers, storage facilities and customers

    • Managing delivery schedules, logistics documentation and compliance requirements

    • Supporting contract execution and maintaining accurate supply chain records

    • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across the logistics network

    About You

    We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with an understanding of seasonal demands, and who brings strong organisational, attention to detail and relationship management skills.

    You will likely bring:

    • Experience in grain logistics, agricultural supply chains or commodity coordination

    • Strong communication and problem-solving capability

    • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

    • Understanding of transport compliance, WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements

    • A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
