Boolah manages a large and diverse land area located across regional Australia with a focus on the northern NSW “Golden Triangle”. This prime agricultural area has a reputation for consistent quality broad acre production.
Size of operations provides economies of scale across procurement and an efficient use of machinery.
Despite its scale, Boolah has retained a nimble and innovative business model:
- hands on approach to all areas of the business unique for its scale;
- utilisation of best practice machinery and access to tailored solutions from grain specific machinery manufacturers as a result of long term relationships;
- access to a dedicated R&D team, providing a cutting edge approach to grain growing.
Map Of Operations
Boolah currently has significant land holdings under management with a footprint strategically selected across Australian agroecological zones. Our farming area covers diverse climates, soil types and weather patterns mitigating the risk of adverse conditions in any one area.
We have areas that are predominately rain-fed farms, whilst other operations are predominately irrigated with associated Water Access Licences.
To maximise efficiencies our farms are located to ensure asset use is maximised including our storage and handling facilities.
